Our hotel , VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for a professional electrician with a minimum of two year experience to join our already thriving team and who will be responsible for;

• Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools.
• Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices.
• Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in homes and businesses.
• Documenting the work completed and materials used.
• Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have knowledge on electical devices and systems
• Proven work experience as an electrician
• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.

Job description

• Sorting linens, towels, clothing and other laundry items by color, size and material
• Wrapping laundry items for pickup or delivery to customers and hospitality guests
• Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitation protocols
• Cleaning and maintaining laundry room area and equipment
• Unloading laundry from commercial dryers
• Stocking laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, laundry bags and fabric softener
• Creating laundry tags with identifiable customer information
• Creating invoices for laundry orders

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least an SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as sated above
• Must have knowledge on chemicals used for washing
• Proven work experience as a laundry man
• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.

Our hotel ,VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for a waiter with a minimum of one year experience. The waiter will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and interacting with guests in a professional manner.
• Accurate taking of guest orders.
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patron.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
• Performing shift duties like rolling silverware, per-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year relevant experience as a waiter as stated above.
• Applicants must be good mannered, with well spoken English.
• Ability to provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.

• Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the facility.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors/spills, dust mopping, cleaning tables, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning/stocking restrooms.
• Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
• Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required.
• Assist in maintaining the inside of the building to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service to customers and guests.
• Contacting the Front desk as needed to retrieve lost customer items.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of two years relevant experience as a Housekeeper as stated above.
• Capable of working at a fast pace.
• Ability to work independently and also as a team with other members.
• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.
