Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Learning Teacher to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for children aged 2-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in early learners
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and exploration
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assess and report on children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide events and activities
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including lesson plans, attendance, and progress reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• 6 - 10 years experience in teaching early learners (ages 2-5 years)
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Proficiency in using digital tools to support teaching and learning.

• The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage academic and administrative operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education.

Responsibilities

• Foster a challenging educational environment
• Prepare and implement the school budget
• Develop strategies to increase and maintain learner population
• Lead and manage staff
• Ensure high-quality education and outstanding teaching practices
• Teach as a relief teacher when necessary
• Maintain relationships with parents and external stakeholders
• Oversee examinations and results
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Education or related field
• Proven experience in school leadership and management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach and lead teaching teams
• Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and staff management
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools, including IP board, learning management systems, educational software, and other technologies to support teaching and learning.
