    E-Commerce & Operations Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations of all e-commerce platforms (owned and third-party), ensuring uptime, accuracy of listings, pricing, promotions, and content.
    • Ensure products, services, SKUs, and digital catalogs are correctly set up, updated, and optimized across all e-channels.
    • Monitor platform performance, site availability, checkout flow, and user experience, escalating issues promptly for resolution.
    • Oversee end-to-end order processing, fulfillment, returns, and cancellations to meet agreed service level timelines.
    • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and store teams to ensure optimal inventory allocation for e-commerce channels.
    • Track stock availability, out-of-stock risks, inventory turns, and restocking timelines.
    • Monitor and reduce product returns, delivery delays, and fulfillment errors.
    • Track and report e-commerce KPIs including sales volume, order value, conversion rates, cart abandonment, returns, fulfillment timelines, and customer satisfaction.
    • Support forecasting and variance analysis by providing accurate operational data and insights.
    • Conduct regular e-channel analytics to identify performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports for the Head of E-commerce & Innovation.

    Head, E-Commerce & Innovation

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of E-commerce and Innovation to lead our digital transformation and grow our online presence.
    • This role involves driving e-commerce sales, implementing innovative digital solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our luxury products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to achieve growth targets.
    • Oversee online store operations, ensuring seamless user experiences and high performance.
    • Drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media) to increase traffic and conversions.
    • Identify and implement innovative technologies for enhanced customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with teams to curate and showcase luxury offerings online.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
    • 7+ years of e-commerce experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles, preferably in luxury retail or beauty.
    • Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and innovation strategies.
    • Proven ability to drive online sales and implement cutting-edge digital solutions.

    SEO Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and revenue for luxury cosmetics, fragrances & skincare categories.
    • Run technical audits: optimize product pages, collection pages, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema for beauty products / reviews.
    • Perform keyword research for high-intent beauty buyers: “best vitamin C serum in Nigeria”, “original Tom Ford perfume Lagos”, topic clusters for skincare routines e.t.c.
    • Optimize on-page elements: product descriptions, meta tags, alt text for product images, internal linking between skincare guides + shop pages.
    • Build high-quality backlinks via beauty blogs, influencer sites, digital PR to grow domain authority in the beauty niche.
    • Track rankings, organic revenue, and ROI in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush. Report on top-selling SKUs driven by SEO.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND minimum.
    • 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with proven growth for e-commerce, beauty / luxury / fashion niche is a strong plus.
    • Strong technical SEO skills + experience optimizing platforms such as: Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento product catalogs e.t.c.
    • Data-driven + proficient in GA4, Excel / Google Sheets. Must understand how SEO impacts AOV and conversion rate.
    • Deep understanding of Nigerian beauty search behavior, luxury buyer intent, and mobile-first UX
    • Proximity to V.I.
