    Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM) Consultant

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT consulting, customer relationship management, specifically in Customer Service, Sales, Project Operations, Field Service, Marketing modules, Enterprise Resource Planning and expertise in Dynamics 365, (Finance and Operations modules and Business Central).
    • This role involves working closely with clients to understand their CRM & ERP needs, designing tailored solutions, and leading the deployment and support of ERP & CRM systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to identify CRM & ERP requirements and develop customized solutions using Dynamics 365 F&0, Business Central, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operation modules.
    • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive CRM & ERP strategies that align with client goals and industry best practices.
    • System Implementation: Lead the deployment of CRM & ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
    • Customization: Customize CRM & ERP systems to meet specific client needs, enhancing functionality and user experience.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to client teams, ensuring effective use of the CRM & ERP system.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze CRM system performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
    • Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
    • 5+ years in CRM& ERP consulting, in Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, Customer Service, Sales, Project Operations, Field Service and Marketing.
    • Skills: CRM system implementation, data analysis, customer engagement strategies, project management, user training.
    • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and related technologies.
    • Experience with Azure services and integrations.
    • Exposure to presales activities would be an added value.
    • Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen.
    • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.
    • Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations.
    • Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism.
    • Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus).
    • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus.
    • Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills.

    Bid & Proposal Specialist

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Bid & Proposal Specialist to take ownership of the full bidding lifecycle across enterprise, government, and Microsoft-partner-driven opportunities.
    • This role is critical to driving our revenue growth and positioning us competitively in the market.
    • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and People teams) to identify, prepare, submit, and track high-quality bids, tenders, and proposals that align with our solutions and strategic direction.

    Key Responsibilities
    Bid Management & Ownership:

    • Own the end-to-end bid and proposal process: opportunity identification, response planning, documentation, submission, and post-bid review.
    • Maintain a centralized bid tracker and ensure all bids are submitted on time and in compliance with client requirements.
    • Lead internal kick-off sessions to align stakeholders on bid strategy, responsibilities, and timelines.

    Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, HR, and Technology teams.
    • Liaise with Microsoft Partner Account Managers or representatives to access relevant partner bid platforms and joint-selling opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, templates, case studies, and compliance documents.

    Documentation & Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all proposals are compelling, accurate, customized, and aligned with our service offerings.
    • Edit and format content to meet brand and client-specific guidelines.
    • Review final submissions for completeness and quality before delivery.

    Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

    • Track win/loss ratios and analyze performance data to inform future bids.
    • Report on bidding pipeline status weekly and flag any risks or blockers early.
    • Recommend improvements to streamline and optimize the proposal process.

    Qualifications & Skills
    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a bid/proposal/tender management role (preferably in a technology, consulting environment).
    • Strong understanding of the public sector, enterprise procurement processes, and OEM ecosystem (preferred).

    Key Competencies:

    • Exceptional project management and time management skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with OEM Center, RFx portals, and CRM systems (a plus).

    Success Metrics:

    • % of bids submitted on or before deadlines
    • Conversion rate from bids to shortlist or award
    • Internal SLA compliance (gathering inputs, submission approvals)
    • Contribution to total revenue influenced by successful bids
