Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling complaints and special requests promptly
• Supervise and support front office, housekeeping, security, and other operational staff on duty
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor room occupancy, check-ins/check-outs, and overall guest flow
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Prepare shift reports and handover notes for management
• Ensure proper use of hotel facilities and resources
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Purchase foodstuff, beverages, toiletries, and hotel supplies
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods purchased
• Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels
• Prevent stock shortages and wastage
• Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and management
• Prepare purchase reports and documentation

Our hotel , VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for a plumber with a minimum of two year experience to join our already thriving team and who will be responsible for:

• Responding to, diagnosing and resolving plumbing emergencies.
• Performing routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Maintaining and repairing broken pipes, and clogged drains.
• Managing work log book.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a Plumber.
• Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.
