    Driver

    Job Summary

    • The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient movement and distribution of inventory todesignated locations.
    • The role requires strict adherence to delivery schedules, inventory handling procedures, and road safety regulations while supporting overall logistics and operations efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safelytransport and distribute inventory to assigned locations.
    • Load and unload inventory while ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage.
    • Verify inventory quantities against delivery notes/waybills documents.
    • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
    • Navigate delivery routes and follow schedules efficiently, adjusting as required by operations.
    • Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
    • Assist warehouse teams during loading, offloading, and inventory handover when required.

    Requirements
    Interested applicants should have the following:

    • Minimum of 3 years driving experience
    • Valid driver's license;
    • Able to drive a manual/automatic,
    • Be familiar with Delta/Asabaroads
    • Understand traffic signs and road usage,
    • Good customer relations
    • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and time management.
