    Dispatch Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee the timely and efficient delivery of finished goods from our manufacturing plant.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage daily dispatch operations and delivery routes.
    • Supervise drivers and dispatch staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
    • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries.
    • Maintain dispatch records, prepare reports, and monitor KPIs.

    Requirements

    Senior Electrical Power Plant Engineer

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Power Plant Engineer to lead the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power generation systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise in Wärtsilä or Bergen engines, electrical distribution systems, and industrial power plant operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Power Plant Operations & Maintenance:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of power plant and substation equipment.
    • Conduct overhaul, repair, and fault diagnostics on Wärtsilä or Bergen generators and associated utility systems.
    • Operate and maintain transformers, ACBs, VCBs, LV/MV/HV switchgear, and related electrical systems.

    Electrical Controls & Systems:

    • Provide technical leadership for the maintenance of transformers, generators, motors, relays, and power cables.
    • Troubleshoot and manage DOL, Star-Delta starters, and VFD systems.
    • Operate and resolve issues within PCC and MCC systems.
    • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot PLC and instrumentation control systems.

    Preventive Maintenance & Compliance:

    • Develop and enforce OEM-aligned preventive maintenance schedules.
    • Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with ISO procedures and audit standards.
    • Conduct corrective maintenance to optimize plant reliability and minimize downtime.

    Requirements

    • B.Tech / B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
    • 10 - 15 years proven experience working in a power plant role within an FMCG or manufacturing company.
    • Direct hands-on experience with Wärtsilä or Bergen generators (Mandatory).
    • Strong understanding of industrial power systems, automation, and electrical equipment.
    • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in computer-based tools, technical reporting, and maintenance systems.
    • Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

    Maintenance Engineer (Expatriate)

    Job Summary

    • Our Company is seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance engineer to oversee the maintenance and operational performance of the PET bottle recycling washing line.
    • The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, hands-on experience in recycling line operations, and strong troubleshooting abilities. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control the full washing line process to ensure smooth operation
    • Achieve daily production targets and maintain high efficiency in the washing section
    • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the recycling washing line
    • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in PET flakes washing operations
    • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring technical problems
    • Handle boiler operations (diesel-fuelled or gas-fuelled systems)
    • Carry out basic QC testing according to the standard TDS
    • Ensure product quality meets required specifications
    • Operate and maintain color sorters and polymer sorters
    • Support proper functioning and calibration of sorting equipment
    • Maintain raw material and finished goods stock
    • Ensure adherence to 5S workplace organization standards
    • Promote teamwork and demonstrate strong leadership qualities
    • Strong technical problem-solving skills
    • Good understanding of PET recycling processes

    • Ability to work independently in an expatriate role

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Minimum 3–5 years experience in PET bottle recycling line, specifically the washing section.

    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring an Account Officer to support daily finance and accounting operations.
    • Candidates must have basic accounting knowledge and an understanding of FMCG dynamics such as pricing, distribution, inventory movement, and sales reconciliation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain financial records and reconciliations.
    • Handle invoicing, postings, and payment processing.
    • Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory reports.
    • Prepare cashbooks, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
