    Direct Sales Agent

    Job Description

    • The primary focus of this position is to generate revenue, drive channel penetration and improve brand visibility for the Company.
    • Sourcing for possible clients.
    • Manage the sales of products in a professional manner.
    • Create awareness for the company’s products.
    • Administer and ensure compliance with all sale objectives.
    • Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
    • Coordinate with customers and provide various company plans and services and detailed quotes for all required information
    • Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in related discipline
    • 0 - 1 year work experience
    • Age limit: 28 years
    • Proven experience as a sales agent or marketer.

    Finance Operations Lead

    Locations: Ibadan - Oyo and Lagos
    Job Description

    • This is a role where you will report directly to senior management. In this capacity you will be responsible for the majority of the financial operations functions, including internal & external reporting, optimizing financial controls, and financial management.

    Further Responsibilities

    • Preparing and analysing financial data
    • Designing and monitoring financial and cash controls.
    • Building financial models and budgetary projections.
    • Streamlining financial operations.
    • Coordinating audits.
    • Managing financial risk.
    • Work directly with the finance manager on strategic initiatives that improve the financial position of the company.

    Role Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations or Economics
    • Preference will be given to masters’ degree holders, ACA or international equivalent preferred
    • Preference will be given to ACA or international equivalent holders
    • Preference will be given to candidates with prior financial ops or consulting experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with establishing financial controls, financial management, cash flow optimization, and other optimization strategies
    • Commitment to achieving performance goals
    • Great at time management, multitasking, and prioritizations skills.

    Operations Lead

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire an “Operations Lead”. This is a role where you will report directly to senior management. In this capacity, you will be responsible for evaluating work processes to determine strategies and programs to provide greater productivity and efficiencies and the realization of strategic goals within the operational unit.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the inventory and product ordering process.
    • Serve as the bridge between technology operations and distribution operations.
