    Digital Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the bank’s digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product visibility across digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s growth objectives.
    • Manage the bank’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
    • Create engaging and informative digital content to promote banking products and services.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
    • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement.
    • Optimize website and digital content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
    • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to promote loan products, savings accounts, and financial services.
    • Manage online customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
    • Track digital marketing trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in Digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
    • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
    • Excellent content creation and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze digital marketing data and generate insights.
    • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

    Head of Marketing

    Position Summary

    • As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as Head of Marketing.
    • The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing the Bank’s market share, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth.
    • The successful candidate will lead the marketing team in promoting the Bank’s products and services while ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the Bank’s marketing and business development strategy.
    • Lead initiatives for deposit mobilization and customer acquisition.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.
    • Manage and supervise the marketing team to achieve defined business targets.
    • Promote the Bank’s financial products and services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
    • Collaborate with management to achieve the Bank’s growth and profitability objectives.
    • Prepare periodic marketing performance reports for management review.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Higher National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    • 5–8 years relevant experience in marketing within the financial services sector, preferably in microfinance banking.
    • Strong experience in deposit mobilization and business development.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
