    Digital Marketing Manager

    Job Brief

    • If you live and breath digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a digital manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
    • You should have a strong grasp of the current marketing tools and strategies and be able to integrate digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
    • You will work with our marketing team, supporting team such as graphic designer to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and inform
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g, google analytics, Netinsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

    Graphic Design Intern

    Position Summary

    • The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for providing support for the marketing department through a variety of channels, print, digital, web, video and other as assigned.
    • The Graphic Design intern will report to the Head of Marketing and will assist with the development and design of core graphics, logos, collateral event materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned. The Graphic Design Intern will also be assigned various website updates utilizing Wordpress.

    The Graphic Design Intern’s primary duties include but are not limited to:

    • Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts Assist with website and blog updates via WordPress
    • Assist with collateral updates and version control
    • Creation of various logos for products
    • Creation and updates to various sales collateral
    • Assist with video production (shooting, editing, etc)
    • Other projects as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
    • Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments
    • Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of video editing software. Writing and proofing skills are also required.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills
    • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
    • Organized, dependable and detail oriented

    Video Editor

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire a video editor to join our busy production team. As a video editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded video footage, applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the production director.
    • To ensure success as a video editor, you should have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques, be able to visualize directional concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.
    • Ultimately, a top- notch video editor can perfectly translate a director’s idea into a beautifully crafted video piece.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
    • Manipulating video footage using modern editing techniques
    • Trimming footage and putting together the rough project
    • Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics and special effect
    • Creating the final cut for broadcasting
    • Inserting colour grading.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
    • Hands-on experience with editing software Adobe After Effects and Premier Cut Pro
    • Creative and artistic skills
    • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
    • Ability to work to a tight schedule.
