Job Summary

• As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in helping us develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• You’ll work closely with our marketing team to implement online campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and email marketing.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and other tracking software.
• Optimize website and social media content to improve SEO rankings and user engagement.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ads, banners, and other digital content.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in creating and managing the editorial calendar to ensure content aligns with marketing goals.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, landing pages, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
