Function of the Role

• As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, foster a smooth working relationship with our clients, to improve our marketing and sales efforts.
• You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to DMs
• Confirm orders taking via online channels.
• Handle special orders.
• Monitor and analyze ad trends.
• Run social media adverts.
• Follow up on customers.
• Prospect.
• Ensure to hit or exceed sales and numbers targets.
• Define most important social media KPIs.
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing , Sales & Production team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 1 year relevant work experience.

Work Environment:

• Work in the office
• Work mostly on the computer and answer phones
• Will be required to prepare reports
• Might be required to work overtime, on weekends and travel if necessary.

Job Description

• The position of a Sales Executive consists of answering inquiries and obtaining information for the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
• It also provides customer support and ensures smooth flow of operations in store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inquiries are attended to promptly.
• Ensure proper records are made.
• Ensure Storage boxes , items in store and store is clean and properly sorted.
• Ensure orders are confirmed before fulfillment.
• Ensure orders are packaged on time
• Ensure orders are dispatched
• Attend to walk in customers properly & promptly.
• Ensure offline marketing is done
• Ensure to hit or exceed sales and satisfaction targets
• Resolve complaints from customers and the public.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.

Work Environment:

• Work in and outside office
• Will be required to write reports
• Might be required to work overtime and on weekends.
