About the Role

• As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s properties and services.
• This role involves managing digital platforms, generating qualified leads, increasing online visibility, and supporting sales and leasing objectives.

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote property listings, developments, and services.
• Plan and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
• Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate property photo, video, and virtual tour content for online promotion.

Lead Generation & Performance Tracking:

• Generate and manage online leads from digital platforms and property portals.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversion rates.

Website & Online Presence:

• Manage website updates, property listings, and landing pages.
• Optimize content for SEO and improve website visibility on search engines.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Collaboration & Market Insights:

• Work closely with sales, leasing, and property management teams to align marketing efforts.
• Monitor real estate market trends and competitor digital activities.
• Recommend improvements based on data and market insights.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Hands-on experience with social media management, paid ads, and analytics tools.
• Good knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
• Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Legal Counsel with strong experience in real estate transactions and corporate legal matters.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate sound legal judgment, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to proactively manage legal risks in a property development and management environment.
• As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advisory services across the company’s real estate operations, including property acquisitions, leasing, documentation, compliance, and dispute management.
• This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Real Estate & Property Transactions:

• Draft, review, and negotiate property-related documents, including leases, tenancy agreements, deeds, MOUs, and sale agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence on property acquisitions and disposals.
• Ensure proper perfection of titles, registrations, and regulatory approvals.

Corporate & Commercial Legal Support:

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and operational matters.
• Draft and review contracts with vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
• Support management in structuring transactions to minimize legal risk.

Compliance & Regulatory Matters:

• Ensure compliance with relevant real estate, corporate, and regulatory laws.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, land registries, and external solicitors when required.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting real estate operations.

Dispute Resolution & Risk Management:

• Manage legal disputes, tenant issues, and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel on ongoing legal cases.
• Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Documentation & Record Management:

• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and contract databases.
• Support audits and internal reviews with required legal documentation.

Requirements

• LL.B degree and a valid call to the Nigerian Bar.
• 3–6 years’ post-call experience (real estate or property law experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law, land use regulations, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters efficiently.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
