Responsibilities

• Manage online customer acquisition and retention methods including SEM, SEO, email, affiliate, and social media marketing
• Devise strategy to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing initiatives
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Oversee all online campaigns, web site, and use of digital/social media (Paid & Organic).
• Budget setting and control, including measurement and return on investment.
• Performance based monitoring & reporting to management on the effectiveness of strategies/campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
