    Deputy E-channels Manager

    Are you an experienced E-banking professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial sector? The Bank is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy E-channels Manager to join our team!

    REF CODE:       DECM/BUS/APR/2026

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Assist the Manager in coordinating the e-channels activities to deliver high-quality services. 
    • Support in supervising e-channels department and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed.  
    • Assist the manager in managing schedules and workloads of team members in a proactive manner. 
    • Monitor the daily sales of e-channels regarding registration of new clients and activity rate as well as target achievement. 
    • Assist in training delivery when required, implement approved process improvements.
    • Compile reports to track adherence to established service-level targets.
    • Creating and updating relevant department documentation.
    • Contributing to the maintenance of the Business Internal Knowledge base.
    • Translate client’s requirements into business requirements for implementation.
    • Organize the Implementation and Pilot of new e-channels product.
    • Coordinate the process of re-engineering activities in order to improve the customer experience of end users.
    • Support the e-channels comparison with competitors offering on services, promotions and special offerings on e-channels and updates Managers.
    • Coordinate with users to determine the business needs for automation, evaluate business requirements and present the same to in a non-technical manner. 
    • Coordinate small projects implementation aiming to develop the alternative delivery channels

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations environment within a Bank.
    • 4-5 years Hands-on experience in e-banking / e-commerce product development.

    Desired experience and knowledge:

    • Experience in payment channel implementation and/or operations
    • Knowledge about Mobile Banking/ATMs/IVR/Web Management/Internet Banking 
    • Knowledge about Nigerian Microfinance sector. Soft Skills
    • Excellent analytical skills and Attention to details 
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Excellent coaching skills and Multicultural awareness 
    • Excellent problem identification and problem solving skills Other Skills
    • Change Management Skills to convince staff on better processes
    • Ability to coordinate several tasks and deliver within the deadlines
    • Technical awareness to understand, analyze and solve problem
    • Ability to analyze and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re- thinking.
