    Deputy Chief Security Officer

    JOB OVERVIEW

    REPORTS TO

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

    • This role will lead in the partnerships with departmental security as well as the security Information systems management for Peniel apartments 

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the Corporate information security operations unit, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and mitigation, forensics, event and incident response, and related security services;
    • Coordinate Departmental security operations with other Peniel apartment units, including security architecture, information security risk management, and overall security program administration;
    • Liaises with other Peniel apartment security program stakeholders, including Application Development and Architecture, internal audit and HR, and Procurement; to ensure compliance of all sanctions
    • Manages security incident handling, investigations and resulting documentation;
    • Develops standard operating procedures for security services;
    • Leads the selection process for the identification and acquisition of information security technologies and services for use by Peniel security operational units;
    • Develops, oversees, and drive the execution of remediation/corrective action plans
    • Manage day-to-day security operational team functions - annual/periodic performance reviews, objective settings, development plans

    EDUCATION

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 8 years working experience and minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a similar work environment

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Proven and verifiable track record
    • Knowledge of security regulatory requirements;
    • Knowledge and experience in maintaining operational computer and security networks, intrusion detection and prevention, identity and access management, automated security patching, and scanning systems.
    • Experience administering information security programs including risk assessments and forensic research, designing security architectures, developing policies, gathering metrics, and reporting status; and
    • Knowledge of security related information systems technology, products, services, and customers.

    CCTV Supervisor

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sets up security system in the form of CCTV cameras in strategic location and ensures the cameras functions smoothly.
    • Visits sites and locations to identify the areas that need to be monitored by the CCTV camera.
    • Responsible for providing observation security and force protection support
    • Monitoring the activities captured on the cameras and informing the authorities in case of suspicious activities.
    • Respond and reports alarms, suspicious activities and violators in accordance with established procedures and policy.
    • Maintains the records of the screened activities in case of suspicious, illegal or immoral activities to be submitted in report forms.
    • Keeps records of all CCTV tapes/backups.
    • Updates the organization about the novel technologies and procedures introduced concerning CCTV operations.
    • Ensure all video security equipment is operating effectively and efficiently.
    • Constant viewing of security videos to ensure and maintain a high standard of security operations.
    • Performs duties as instructed by the Security Manager.
    • Responsible for making requisition of required equipment and supplies through the Security Manager and is accountable for its care, use, or return.
    • Process and report all incidents relating to security operation and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
    • Remain vigilant and ensures to take all reasonable measures to protect life, property and information.
    • Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of equipment in ensuring optimum performance.

    EDUCATION & TRAINING

    • A bachelor’s degree in any in any field and/or certification in hospitality.

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

    • A minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in similar role.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Must have knowledge of CCTV operations.
    • Should have experience in the security sector.
    • Must possess excellent computer knowledge.
    • Proficient with the technicalities and operations of the CCTV cameras.
    • Ability to manage situations that may arise effectively.
    • Excellent competence at communicating, coordinating and organizing tasks.

    Linen attendant IS responsible for the care and maintenance of linens, towels, and other items used in our apartments, He/she ensure that these items are clean, organized, and readily available when needed.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Keeping inventory of linen supplies and ordering replacements as needed
    • Restocking linens and towels in patient rooms, replacing used linens with clean ones
    • Cleaning floors and walls, vacuuming rugs or carpets, or shampooing carpet or upholstery as needed
    • Scheduling linen deliveries and pickups as needed
    • Folding linens and towels according to hospital protocol
    • Replacing light bulbs and cleaning mirrors or windows as needed
    • Storing linens in cabinets, drawers, or closets to keep them fresh and neat
    • Maintaining inventory of linens to ensure that rooms have enough for all occasions

    EDUCATION & TRAINING

    • Linen attendant typically need only OND certificate.

    • About 2-4 years of experience in a similar position from within a 3- or 4-star hotel/serviced apartments.

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Food and beverage manager responsibilities include the ability to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
    • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
    • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
    • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
    • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
    • Comply with all health and safety regulations
    • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
    • Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the Apartment’s Room Service operation.
    • Supervise all Room Service personnel.
    • Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
    • Ensure proper set-up, breakdown and maintenance of all banquet functions
    • Work with the GM and keep him/her informed of F&B issues as they arise.
    • Organize all documentation for shift work on a daily basis including pre-shift reports
    • Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service through ongoing and recurrent training systems
    • Coordinate and monitor all phases of the Room Service operation.
    • Ensure effective communications between each shift.
    • Supervise the room service area in order to attract, retain, and motivate the employees.
    • Ensure optimal level of service, quality, and hospitality are provided to guest.
    • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenity set-up and delivery.
    • Monitor and maintain proper running and cleanliness of banquet areas
    • Perform any other reasonable duties as required and directed
    • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner

    EDUCATION & TRAINING

    • Culinary school diploma or degree in Food Service Management, BA, or related field a MUST.

    KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

    • About 5-7 years of experience in a similar position from within a 3- or 4-star hotel/serviced apartments.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Proven food and beverage management experience
    • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
    • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
    • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
    • Communication and leadership skills
    • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
