    Database Administrator (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, MySQL)

    Role Overview 

    • We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Database Administrator to oversee the installation, configuration, performance, and security of our enterprise-grade databases.
    • The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in relational and non-relational database technologies and a solid track record of implementing, maintaining, and optimizing critical data systems in high-availability environments. 

    Key Responsibilities 
    Oracle Database Administration:

    • Install, configure, and maintain Oracle 10g/11g/12c/19c in single-instance and clustered environments. 
    • Manage Real Application Clusters (RAC), Data Guard, Log Shipping, and Cloning. 
    • Execute backup and recovery procedures using RMAN. 
    • Monitor and optimize database performance; troubleshoot bottlenecks. 
    • Apply security patches, upgrades, and manage database migrations. 
    • Ensure compliance with Oracle licensing and security standards. 

    MongoDB & MySQL Administration:

    • Deploy, configure, and support MongoDB and MySQL databases in production and staging environments. 
    • Implement replication, sharding, clustering, and indexing strategies. 
    • Optimize performance using profiling tools and query tuning techniques. 
    • Design NoSQL schema models in MongoDB for scalable applications.

    Cassandra Administration (Optional but Preferred):

    • Install and maintain Cassandra clusters. 
    • Manage high-volume writes and reads, ensuring horizontal scalability. 
    • Configure replication, consistency levels, and monitor cluster health. 

    General DBA Functions:

    • Develop and implement robust backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies. 
    • Conduct routine health checks and failover drills. 
    • Handle P1/P2 incident escalations and change management processes. 
    • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for data modeling and integration. 
    • Ensure accurate documentation of configurations and processes. 

    Qualifications & Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. 
    • Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience managing Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, and MySQL databases. 

    Strong expertise in: 

    • Oracle RAC, RMAN, and performance tuning. 
    • MongoDB and MySQL replication, clustering, and schema design. 
    • NoSQL performance optimization and disaster recovery planning. 
    • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and NoSQL query languages. 
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable. 

    Certifications such as: 

    • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) 
    • MongoDB Certified DBA 
    • MySQL Certified DBA are a strong plus.

    OpenShift & Kubernetes Engineer

    Job Summary

    • This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer passionate about container orchestration, DevOps, and platform reliability.
    • You’ll design, automate, and optimize large-scale OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters that power mission-critical applications across multiple environments.

    Key Responsibilities
    Cluster Architecture & Deployment:

    • Design, implement, and maintain highly available Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters (on-prem and hybrid cloud).
    • Deploy and manage containerized workloads, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
    • Implement multi-tenancy, ingress, and network policies to secure and segment workloads.

    Description

    • The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of professional experience in developing enterprise applications, with strong expertise in at least two of Node.js, Java, and C#.
