    Data Entry and Content Copywriter

    About the job

    • We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry and Content Administrator to manage and upload information about universities, academic programs, hotels, and visa requirements onto our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data organization, basic content management, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented professionally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Entry and Content Upload:

    • Add and update detailed information about universities, programs, hotels, and visa requirements onto our platform.
    • Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and formatted to meet company standards.

    Database Maintenance:

    • Regularly review and audit uploaded content for consistency and accuracy.
    • Remove outdated or incorrect information and replace it with the most current data.

    Research and Verification:

    • Conduct online research to source reliable information about institutions, accommodations, and visa guidelines.
    • Verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy before uploading.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the development team to resolve any technical issues related to content upload.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure content aligns with the company’s offerings and updates.

    User Experience Optimization:

    • Format and categorize information logically to enhance platform navigation and user experience.
    • Recommend improvements to how information is presented or structured based on user feedback.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain records of all uploaded content, including sources and version history for audit purposes.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in data entry, content management, or a similar role.
    • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel, content management systems (CMS), and online research tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with education, travel, or visa-related industries is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML or database management is an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with new partner universities, colleges, and recruitment agencies. This role requires a strong understanding of the global education landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop strategic alliances.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Partnership Development:

    • Identify and approach potential educational institutions and recruitment agencies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Develop customized proposals and presentations to attract new partners.

    Onboarding and Relationship Management:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand Univacity’s platform and value proposition.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued collaboration and satisfaction.

    Market Research and Strategy:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the education and recruitment sectors.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the partner network in targeted regions.

    Negotiation and Agreements:

    • Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, including terms and conditions.
    • Ensure compliance with Univacity’s policies and standards in all partnership agreements.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze the performance of partner relationships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
    • Provide regular reports to management on partnership activities and outcomes.

    Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    Requirements
