    Data Analysis & Sales Operations Officer

    Description 

    • The Data analysis and Sales Operations officer is responsible for data analysis in the retail division and administrative operations of retail sales.
    • This is a centralized sales function that is designed to handle data analysis for the division and backend sales operations across the regions.
    • The role is responsible for data sourcing and analyzing. Other functions include, documentation, filing, project monitoring and reporting as well as management of various sales applications.
    • The Sales operation officer is also responsible for process documentation and other business analysis deliverables within the department.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Accounting / Statistics / Marketing / Sales / Data Analysis / related disciplines
    • Business / Project Management Qualification
    • At least 3 years experience within the telecoms or FMCG space with adequate analytical, project management, documentation and administrative skills and competencies.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Competence especially Excel
    • Demonstrate a high level of organization and quality with multitasks, efficiency & priority setting
    • Understanding of the B2C sales environment.
    • Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

    Team Lead - Network Monitoring Centre

    Responsibilities

    • Proffer innovative solutions to various network problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
    • Implements and evaluates the working of systems applications / network and stays abreast of new technologies emerging in the industry.
    • Provides supervision of all first-level active and passive on-site and off-site technical support for all ipNX infrastructure, including fibre backbone, FTTx, wireless networks, inside and outside plant infrastructure, among others.
    • To consistently provide high-quality customer service and support while ensuring customer satisfaction, Working closely with the Infrastructure team.
    • The primary duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Responsible for managing and coordinating the NOC team.
    • The main aim for this coordination is to ensure that the systems runs efficiently without interruption.
    • The NMC Lead must keep upper management informed about what is happening on the infrastructure.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / B.Eng in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
    • 3 – 6 years work experience.
    • CCNA, CCNP (Desired)
    • A hands-on experience with the following is a must: Routing, Switchig and GPON Technology
    • Strong telecommunications, IP design skills, & in-depth knowledge of IP Network.
    • Understanding of iTIL v4 service management

    QA / QC Lead, Fiber Operations

    Job Description

    • The Team Lead is required to manage the following; Spot Checks and Reporting of Outside Plant Fiber Activities, Milestone and Final Acceptance Testing Escalations and Enforcement of Quality, As Built Documentation as well as maintain and update standards and specification documentation for training purposes.
    • The job involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagements with customers and stakeholders, proactively providing support and input when required.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Quality Assurance And Compliance on all Outside Plant Deployments and Operations
    • Periodic Audit and Verification of As Maintained Information and Records
    • Updating and Maintaining Standards and Specifications Documentation
    • Updating and Maintaining Training Documentation
    • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting on Performance Indices as required in the Infrastructure Quality Unit
    • Build and maintain a healthy relationship with customers and stakeholders
    • Drive internal and external training initiatives for team members.

    Requirements

    • B.Eng Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ICT and related courses. (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum)
    • 5 years experience in Turnkey Fiber Deployment and Civil Works standards and specifications
    • CFOT is an added advantage
    • Good Knowledge of Fiber Turnkey Deployments and Civil Works and Materials standards
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office Tools, AutoCAD/Visio, A good knowledge of GIS will be an added advantage
