    Customer Success Manager

    Job Summary

    • A Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
    • Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand the client's needs and pain points to help to configure the software for the client.
    • Onboarding and execution of Client: Responsible for the fast and quality execution of the client on FA platform. The Customer Success Manager must establish policies the entire staff can adhere to so all customers receive the same quality of execution.
    • Establish Customer Success Practices: Responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience. CSM's may gather feedback from their customers, study other customer success programs, and analyze customer data to identify the best practices. You must establish policies the entire staff can adhere to so all customers receive the same quality of service.
    • Upselling: Ability to upsell the new features and also to scale up the business from the existing client.
    • Assisting in Technical and Product Management: You must know the company’s products inside and out. They are capable enough to rather on educate the customers on the flexibility and capabilities of their software so customers are encouraged to continue using their services.
    • Provide on-the-job training or mentoring to new employees/client Project stakeholders. Additionally, take initiatives for improvising processes, new implementations, new practices both technically and culturally.
    • Ability to handle multiple clients at a time. He should have multitasking skills and should be able to deal with bottom to top hierarchy of Client.

    Who We Are Looking For

    • B.Sc / HND in Psychology or relevant related field
    • MBA will be an added advantage
    • Good experience in FMCG is required
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position in an FMCG
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite like Excel and PowerPoint and Data Analysis.
    • Should possess fantastic interpersonal skills
    • Good emotional intelligence
    • Proactive and willing to improve on processes
    • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.

    Product Manager

    Overview of Role

    • Be responsible for the delivery, ongoing success and continuous improvement of our tech solution.
    • Develop the product vision, roadmap and backlog to develop products and services that meet user needs.
    • Passionate about digital and experienced in digital service design and delivery, product management, and agile.
    • Balance competing demands to ensure the service team is working on the highest value activity from your roadmap and backlog at any point in time.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Define a compelling product strategy and vision.
    • Interpret user research, quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions, distinguishing between user needs and user wants, and recognising that users may not always be able to articulate their needs.
    • Create product and service roadmaps, working closely with the entire team. Use product descriptions and iterative delivery plans to assign priorities and make informed decisions.
    • Bring together views and inputs from a wide range of contributors, such as senior stakeholders, developers and user researchers, on the product vision, definition and delivery approach. Build in feedback loops from the beginning of the project to inform prioritisation and iterations.
    • Be responsible for the entire product/service lifecycle. Continue to improve the product/service post-launch through effective analysis of qualitative and quantitative user data, including offline data from call centres etc.
    • Keep abreast of user habits, preferences, and behaviours, and up-to-date with the latest technology. Share your understanding of the digital marketplace, including best practice, costs, suppliers, methodologies and skills, with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Plan product communication for launch and at key points during the product lifecycle.
    • Ensure post-launch communications are targeted to the right sectors and contain key messages which are easily understood. Identify and segment customer sectors to understand their different needs so that communications can be targeted appropriately. Understand that communication must continue long after product launch

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's / Master's Degree with 2 - 6 years work experience.

    Solution Specialist (B2B Sales)

    We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our business development team with previous software solution sales and/or business development experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our clients software
    • Generate leads, conduct prospecting, lead follow up from telesales led activities
