    Customer Success Expert

    Description

    • We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to build and own the customer experience lifecycle for Earnipay.
    • Ensuring customers feel heard and unique when they utilise Earnipay from their first login through their entire end-user experience.
    • You will work with the Sales and Development teams to deliver exceptional service for employees in the pursuit of bringing Earnipay to as many employees as possible.

    The Customer Success Executive will be expected to:

    • Build and implement a best-in-class customer experience journey.
    • Handle technical escalations from employees and work with the development team to achieve resolution as required.
    • Handle formal complaints from customers and escalate to management appropriately.
    • Working closely with management and cross-functionally with other departments to ensure we create and deliver effective, efficient, and meaningful support experiences for our customers.
    • Communicate effectively and promptly with various customer types: specifically, provide a clear understanding of technical issues/steps to resolve.
    • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Demonstrate keen problem-solving skills, the ability to think on your feet, and taking the initiative.
    • Other duties as necessary.

    • Previous experience in technical customer support.
    • Effective communication and writing skills.

    Business Development Lead

    Description

    • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Lead to define, create and apply an effective sales strategy to expand Earnipay's client base.
    • You will get customers excited about the possibilities of leveraging technology to transform their employee wellbeing and bring about a fundamental shift in how employees are paid.
    • Motivated by career acceleration and growth, this role is perfect for someone looking to transform their career in enterprise sales.

    A typical week in this role would include:

    • New business prospecting, account planning and sign-ups across mid-market and enterprise clients.
    • Building a pipeline of prospects for the sales team by using several novel strategies.
    • Engaging, building and maintaining key contact and stakeholder relationships with clients.
    • Nurturing prospective clients through the sales journey, and making Earnipay top of the agenda for staff benefits and wellbeing.
    • Collaboration with marketing on lead generation activities
    • Inspire the team by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Be an ambassador and advocate for Earnipay by sharing your passion and knowledge with customers, contacts and prospects.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience & leadership capacity, with strong sales operations skills.
    • Be a Master Closer.
    • The ability to quickly build rapport and genuine relationships with people.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    • A desire to truly listen and understand how you can help people.
    • A positive and energetic approach to each day.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ideally, experience in technology/HR sales, but not required so long as you have the confidence to pick up the phone and start having quality conversations.
    • Process-oriented nature with attention to detail, not afraid of taking big tasks and making them your own.
    • Research skills, and the ability to translate industry knowledge into digestible information for your audience.
    • Start-up experience will be extremely helpful to quickly acclimate
    • A team player that can engage cross-functionally and contribute to best practice.
