Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers; providing information regarding services
• Responds promptly to general inquiries from staff and clients via e-mail and phone calls
• Assist customers by answering questions and solving problems.
• Greets clients on arrival to the Hospital
• Register New Patients (Clients ) on the medical record system software
• Filling and retrieval of patient records.
• Invoicing and receipt of payments
• Liaise with HMO/NHIS on behalf of patient and take necessary approvals
• Control the traffic flow of patients at the reception area.
• Any other assigned task

Qualifications

• B.Sc in any Social Science or Science course
• Should have a minimum of 2 years Post NYSC

• Record medical history and symptoms
• Collaborate with team to plan for patient care
• Advocate for health and well-being of patient
• Monitor patient health and record signs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Operate medical equipment
• Educate patients about management of illnesses
• Provide support and advice to patients
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, take body temperature etc.) and fill in patients' charts
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• BSN or its equivalent in Nursing and Midwifery
• Should have a minimum of 3 years Post qualifications relevant experience in a good hospital.
• Must have the current license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
