JOB OVERVIEW

• The Customer Service Representative serves as the main point of contact for customers throughout their journey via phone, email, or live chat. This role involves handling and resolving customer complaints professionally, staying updated on company products, services, and policies, and meeting individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Responsibilities include ensuring timely follow-up on customer interactions, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience, providing accurate information regarding company offerings, and maintaining detailed customer records while updating account information as required.

KEY DUTIES

• Serve as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey via phone, email, or live chat.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
• Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Ensure follow-up on customer interactions to achieve timely resolutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide accurate information regarding company offerings.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update account information as required.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years experience in Customer Service.
• Qualification - NCE, HND, or BSc in Mass Communications or any related course.
• Completed NYSC
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication abilities.
