    Customer Service Analyst

    Reporting Line: Customer Service Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking to hire the services of a Customer Service Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing the customer service department’s operations and provides recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Using Customer Service data, observations and market trends and reports to get a clear picture of the department’s operations and ways to improve it.
    • Providing the Customer Service department with process or sales improvement strategies.
    • Assisting the Customer Service unit with capacity development by helping team mates accustom to new customer experience initiatives
    • Timely and accurate delivery of results as dictated by Customer Service Manager.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelors Degree in any field
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
    • Data Analysis experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of customer service practices
    • Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques
    • Knowledge of research practices

    Salary & Benefits

    • NGN720,000 gross Annually.

    Business Development Manager

    Location - Lekki, Lagos.

    A full service commercial and litigation law firm requires the skills of an experienced Business Development Manager, an individual who has a strong ethics and genuine interest in working for a law firm.

    The primary responsibility of the role is to increase visibility and brand recognition to strengthen and extend the firm’s client base and expand existing client relationships. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of all aspects of business development and marketing initiatives within the firm. The successful applicant will be concerned with improving and growing the business, by fostering and developing relationships with clients through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the operation of the business, position and reputation.

    Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree * Minimum of 5 years’ progressive work experience
