The Role:
Flutterwave is looking for a Senior Manager, Buyer Risk, who will be a key leader responsible for managing the buyer risk function. Your role will involve developing and implementing robust risk management strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the security and integrity of buyer transactions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard against potential financial losses.
- Establish and maintain risk management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

- Proven track record of successfully detecting and mitigating various fraud modus operandi (MOs) within the payments or financial industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
