Job Description

• We are a growing startup that requires a self-starting Creative designer that is not afraid to come up with new and Innovative ideas. 
• You’ll contribute heavily to shape the visual aspects of, magazines, product packaging and more.
• Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
• For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. 
• The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. 

Responsibilities 

• Study design briefs and determine requirements 
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements 
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas 
• Develop designs using software or by hand 
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic 
• Work with copywriters and designers to produce final design 
• Test graphics across various media 
• Amend designs after feedback 
• Create stunning 2D/ 3D Animations 
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of demonstratable experience 
• A strong portfolio of illustrations, motion design and other graphics 
• Conversant with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Corel draw for print, Photoshop) 
• Ability to use after effects and premiere pro. 
• Ability to create storyboards.

Job Description

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• HND/BSC from a reputable Institution
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Analytics
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Sound technical knowledge and expertise in MS SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views) Possess data analytical skills and have experience in BI tools (Powerbi/Bold).
• Experience working on large data
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
