Job Role:

• Establish and manage sales channel and provide service support
• Develop, communicate and manage key clients, make corporation plan
• Execute the plan of sales and marketing
• Make channel strategy, provide service support to channels
• Communicate with clients timely, collect feedback information and handle properly

Qualification requirement:

• HND/Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in channel Management in a cosmetic industry
• Familiar with marketing of cosmetics
• Capable of customer relationship management
• Good at developing and expanding channel
• Excellent team player, honest and confident, enthusiastic about work
• Good at logistic thinking and communication

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange.
• Strong numeracy skills and Working experience in SAP are mandatory.
• Experienced in analyzing, interpreting and solving complex operations in procurement & supply chain management

ROLE INFORMATION

• The Data Officer will be responsible for the effective development and maintenance of Data and records within the SAP database.
• A summary of the role’s responsibility is as follows:
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting of information to prepare source data and make required changes as necessary.
• Generate purchase orders for all sites within the company sites.
• Create and maintain a register of entered and changed data
• Generate statistical reports based on maintained data on a periodic basis
• Liaise with the supervisor regarding incomplete information.
• Maintain confidentiality with respect to the information he/she has and will have access to.
• Drafting relevant documents and reports
• Any other duty of similar responsibility assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a well-structured/reputable organization as a Data Analyst/officer with experience in Generating and raising Purchase orders (POs) and using SAP.
