    Corporate Driver

    Job description

    • We are seeking a reliable and professional Corporate Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing safe, efficient, and comfortable transportation to senior executives, employees, and clients. As a Corporate Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company’s operations by ensuring timely and safe travel to various destinations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely transport executives, employees, and clients to appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Follow the assigned travel schedule while being flexible to accommodate changes as needed.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.
    • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
    • Assist with light errands such as picking up documents or packages when required.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Strong knowledge of local roadways, traffic patterns, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent time management and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in all situations.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
    • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting (a plus).

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with luxury vehicles or executive transportation.
    • Experience with GPS navigation systems and traffic apps.

    Refrigerator and Air Conditioner Technician

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cold Room Installation & Maintenance:

    • Install and maintain cold storage rooms (walk-in coolers, freezers) and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
    • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on cold room equipment, including temperature monitoring and leak detection.
    • Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, and other related components.

    Refrigeration & HVAC System Repairs:

    • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration and air conditioning units.
    • Perform repairs on commercial refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, ice machines, display refrigerators, and industrial air conditioning systems.
    • Replace or repair malfunctioning parts such as motors, compressors, pumps, valves, and refrigerant lines.

    System Upgrades & Modifications:

    • Suggest and implement system upgrades to improve performance and energy efficiency of refrigeration and HVAC units.
    • Re-commission systems after repairs and upgrades, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with industry standards.

    Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:

    • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on refrigeration and air conditioning units to identify issues efficiently.
    • Use diagnostic tools to detect leaks, refrigerant level issues, and electrical faults.

    Customer Service & Communication:

    • Interact with customers professionally, explaining work performed, system issues, and providing maintenance recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor hours for each project.
    • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely, high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
    • Safely handle refrigerants and other materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
    • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Technical certification or diploma in Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field (e.g., HVAC-R Certification).
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a refrigeration and air conditioning technician, with a strong focus on cold rooms and commercial refrigeration systems.
    • Proven experience in installing, servicing, and repairing cold storage systems, walk-in freezers, refrigeration units, and air conditioning systems.
    • Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
    • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, refrigeration gauges, and electrical test equipment.
    • Knowledge of local and industry-specific safety standards and environmental regulations related to refrigerants and air conditioning systems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with commercial cold storage units (e.g., walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers).
    • EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification or other industry-specific certifications related to refrigerants.
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical systems in HVAC and refrigeration units.
    • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Previous experience with energy-efficient or smart refrigeration systems is a plus.

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
