Responsibilities

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food safety, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours and support where needed.
• Customer Satisfaction: Assist in ensuring that all meals are served on time and meet customer expectations.
• Daily Prep Work: Prepare ingredients in advance for daily service, ensuring readiness for peak periods.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with at least 5 years experience.

• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to professionally communicate to your team, customers, colleagues, management and vendors.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and other relevant guidelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including fuel stock, supplies, and other items.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies and promotions.
