    Compliance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure company-wide compliance with regulations, client requirements, and internal policies.
    • Work with HR to implement and Enforce quality assurance procedures
    • Develop and maintain compliance and quality assurance procedures.
    • Conduct regular compliance and quality audits across departments and sites and ensure proper consequences for any infractions.
    • Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO standards).
    • Identify operational gaps and enforce corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Oversee adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct site inspections to ensure proper service delivery and SOP compliance.
    • Prepare compliance and QA reports for management and stakeholders.
    • Maintain proper documentation of policies, SOPs, audit records, and reports.
    • Train staff on compliance, quality processes, and operational best practices.
    • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies on all operational matters
    • Liaise with clients, regulators, and auditors on compliance matters.

    Requirement

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.

    Janitor / Skilled Cleaner

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and sanitize office areas, including floors, desks, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
    • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal.
    • Dust furniture, surfaces, and equipment to maintain a hygienic work environment.
    • Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors as required.
    • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, handwash, sanitizer, and kitchen items.
    • Clean and maintain restroom facilities daily.
    • Support basic facility tasks such as rearranging furniture and setting up meeting rooms.
    • Report any safety hazards, broken items, or maintenance issues to the Admin/Facility Officer.
    • Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
    • Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., carpets, windows, external cleaning).
    • Assist with errands or simple office support tasks when assigned.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 - 5 years experience.

    Head Of Finance

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee the finance department, providing strategic financial direction
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
    • Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and financial controls
    • Implement and improve internal financial policies, procedures, and control systems
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory provisions
    • Coordinate external audits, internal audits, and regulatory reviews
    • Provide financial insight and recommendations to executive management for decision-making
    • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, vendors, and financial partners

    Accounts Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with established accounting standards.
    • Process and post daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
    • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash.
    • Generate payment vouchers, receipts, and support documentation for financial transactions.
    • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments.
    • Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and variance analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory tax requirements (VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.).
    • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit readiness.
    • Assist internal and external auditors by providing required schedules and documentation.
    • Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments on financial matters.
    • Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Head of Finance.
