    Compliance Analyst

    Job description

    • We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role the ideal candidate will help execute compliance work for a fully funded non-profit, high impact business. Necessary training will be provided.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • 2 years administrative, accounting or financial analyst experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Interest in non-profit and/or impact.
    • Diligent, High Attention to Detail.
    • Able to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.
    • Result oriented, able to deliver on time, under pressure.
    • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and perform multiple tasks seamlessly.
    • Excellent ability to speak and write English language.
    • Good Numeric ability.
    • Proficient in MacOS Keynote, Pages, Numbers, MS Word & MS Excel.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, good at building stakeholders relationships.
    • Highly adaptable, able to deal with ambiguity and change.

    Key Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

    • Monitor and assist with timely completion of files and reports.
    • Process and review files and reports to ensure accuracy.
    • Data entry - gather, analyze and enter data into management system, update various databases.
    • Record Keeping - ensures accurate and comprehensive records are maintained.
    • Compose formal reports that summarize business happenings and meet required regulations.
    • Manage calendar of Compliance deadlines and ensure Manager meets all deadlines.
    • Propose methods to improve processes of data handling, tracking and management.
    • Attend meetings with Manager as needed.
    • Attend all recommended/mandatory training and certification courses to stay current with required regulations.
    • Regularly review industry rules and best practices.

    Personal Assistant

    • We are looking for an organised, diligent, experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Partner (P). The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be credible, reliable, discrete, responsible, trustworthy, mature, demonstrate a high attention to detail, good initiative and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.     Key Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

    • Organise and maintain Ps daily schedule - booking appointments and coordination of any travel logistics.
    • Keep the P well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
    • Assist the P with organising regular team meetings, training days, team bonding activities, etc. Use own initiative to solve problems as they arise.
    • Manage ad-hoc and special projects, events from idea stage to fruition.
    • Interact and communicate professionally with high-level corporate organisations and high profile individuals, as an extension of the P.
    • Prioritise urgent matters and proactively manage any conflicts efficiently and effectively, and following-through on projects until the successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
    • Help to manage communication between the P and the wider team, promoting team work and collaboration.
    • Handle incoming documents relating to live transactions. Liaise with and support the work of the wider team.
    • Manage some of the P’s personal tasks on his behalf.

    Sales Analyst / Business Development Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identifying market opportunities with new and existing customers
    • Negotiating sales price, contracts and payments
    • Ensuring that sales force meet their weekly, monthly and yearly targets
    • Promotion of new products and promos
    • Advising customers on delivery schedules and after sales service
    • Provide monthly reports on sales trends per product, location and customer
    • Enhance and improve positioning and image of the brands, create unique customer experience and contribute to a positive relationship between the customer and the company

    Professional Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
    • At least 5 years experience in sales, sales administration and other related field

    Experience:

    • Sales Analyst: 5 years (Required)
