Compensation & Benefits Assistant

Job Summary
- The Compensation & Benefits Assistant supports the HR team in managing employee compensation, payroll, benefits, and related HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation and payslip processing.
- Maintain accurate salary, allowance, deduction, and benefits records.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and statutory deductions.
- Assist with salary reviews, bonuses, and compensation adjustments.
- Respond to employee enquire regarding salary and benefits.
- Prepare payroll and compensation reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation data.
- Liaise with Finance on payroll and benefits-related matters.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR, payroll, or compensation & benefits.
- Good Excel and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Nigerian statutory deductions is an advantage.
