    Commissioning and Start Up Shift Supervisor

    Description

    • Lead the Operators in the daily commissioning and start up activities to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained at all times and work progress are maintained as per project schedule.
    • Lead the team (Principal / Senior Operators, Operators) in the regular work down of process / utility lines, installation, tie-in etc. to ensure that plant is built as per design, to the right quality and to ensure operability.
    • Act as a signatory (at Shift Supervisor / AGST level) to the Commissioning and Start up Permit to Work (PTW) system, prepare and issue PTW to the Maintenance / Contractors team for effective control, authorization and safe work execution.
    • Work with the Contractor / Vendor personnel and provide close involvement and oversight on the plant completion, integrity checks and commissioning activities to ensure flawless and safe execution.

    • Participate in the development and review of operations/commissioning, start up and shutdown procedures for Train 7 Project scope, capturing lessons learnt and to enable continuous improvement in performance.
    • Support the Asset shift team in carrying out operational activities during period of low CSU activities in order to balance the existing workload across the shift and to maintain efficient plant operation

    Job Requirement
    Education:

    • A Higher National Diploma or University degree in Chemical Engineering or other Engineering / Science discipline.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years working experience in LNG Plant Operations with at least 10 years experience in Plant Operations as Principal Operator or at Supervisory Level.
    • Experience with Commissioning and Start up of LNG facility is considered a qualifying advantage
    • Experience in providing CSU related design input and working in an EPC or a plant environment considered an advantage
    • Working experience on part of, or the entire, ORP Project life cycle (from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover) and/or in the front-line Oil and Gas production operations is desirable
    • Experience with Management of Change process, Operations Integrity / Process Safety Management processes

    Commissioning and Start Up DCS Panel Supervisor

    • Carry out daily commissioning and start up activities in the Control room, including loop testing in conjunction with outside Operators and contractor personnel
    • Take part in the Initial Set Up (ISU) of variable Tables as part of the multidisciplinary Asset Management 2.2.4 ENSURE SAFE PRODUCTION module. Take part in the OTS development including static model testing, dynamic testing, FAT, SAT etc.
    • Safely Operate the Distributed Control System as per daily instructions and at its optimum point. Proactively monitor the DCS as per ESP standards specified in the Alarm Variable Tables (VTs)
    • Interface with various IT systems (issuing job requests in SAP system, PI, LIMS, e-PTW, e-shift log).

    Completion Management Specialist

    Description

    • Coordinate a multi - discipline work preparation team and be responsible for the development of Completions Plans, Procedures, Handover Packs, and Instruction in accordance with approved budget, schedule requirements, quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements, ensuring its smooth execution
    • Develop and produce quality completions solutions applicable to various aspects of the defined scope of work to comply with relevant codes, specifications, and procedures
    • Coordinate the team in the regular walk down and punch listing, hold and witness points throughout construction of process/utility lines, installation, tie-in etc. to ensure that plant is built as per design, to the right quality, to ensure operability.
    • Work with the Contractor/Vendor personnel and coordinate the close involvement and oversight on the plant completion, integrity checks and commissioning activities, supporting first fills of process fluids and final vessel closures for cleanliness and to ensure flawless/faultless start up.
    • Manage, Organize and Maintain all the Mechanical Completion Documentation and Dossier (both soft and hard copies) once the Completion Certificates have been signed by all CONTRACTOR relevant parties
    • Be part of the work preparation team to execute the completions certification preparation activities. Review engineering, construction, and commission documentation of the project. Schedule work activities in line with the completion's execution plan
    • Review all project ITRs to ensure that they meet project specification and are aligned with the Completion Management System database
    • Liaise with construction and QC inspection personnel to discuss any ITR exceptions are compliant with project specification - a member of the Punch List Committee
    • Review inspection test reports for inclusion in Project Mechanical Completions (MC) Handover packages and collation of certification records and system handover documentation
    • Liaise with QC personnel to ensure seamless transfer of QC records and knowledge transfer between departments. Liaise with the MC team in preparation for mechanical completion and sub - system handover
    • Compile and verify the mechanical completion handover packages in line with the agreed handover schedule. Produce detailed and accurate completion status reports
    • Provide daily / weekly updates to the line manager and raise any concerns that may affect handover in line with the project sub - system delivery schedule
    • Play an active role in maintaining a safety culture in the performance of completions duties and adhere to all applicable site / project safety procedures

    Job Requirements
    Education:

    • HND or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or other Engineering / Science discipline.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 20 years oil & gas plant operations experience preferably in the LNG industry with at least 10 years at supervisory level
    • Experience planning work activities within a computerized maintenance software system
    • Experience working with P&IDs, Isometrics, and Control Drawings
    • Experience with Commissioning and Start up of LNG facility and strong knowledge of commissioning and start-up software (CMS), SAP is considered a qualifying advantage
    • Experience in providing CSU related design input and working in an EPC or a plant environment considered an advantage
    • Working experience on part of, or the entire, ORP Project life cycle (from conceptual design through to final commissioning and handover) and/or in the front-line Oil and Gas production operations is desirable
    • Experience with Management of Change process, Operations Integrity / Process Safety Management processes

    Project to Asset / Statement of Fitness Coordinator

    • Accountable for Project to Asset (P2A) and Statement of Fitness (SoF) program delivery across the project from FID to normal operations; customer and stakeholder management, planning, organization, resources, execution, assurance, close out and capturing of lessons learned.
    • Support the development of satellite documents in line with modern Project Standard guides related to P2A.
    • Prepare Statement of Fitness documentation for each completed systems and/or subsystems in line with the AIPSM (Asset Integrity Process Safety Management) standard and coordinate the closure and sign-off of each elements, ensuring no gap exists before equipment, subsystem or system energization and startup.
    • Manage the register for the integrated commissioning activities and verify alignment & readiness of the preparations.
    • Develop and agree the content of the VCRs (Verification Certificate of Readiness), Asset Readiness and support / coach the Project and Asset contributors for timely readiness for sign-off at the milestone dates; support timely closure of qualifications
    • Track P2A actions and VCR progress for effective and timely closure and report to project and asset management.
    • Secure / coach resources with / for adequate P2A skills and competencies within each delivery and receiving party in order to enable them to deliver P2A in a timely manner and advise project leadership on the implications of shortfall in resources.
    • Coordinate and interface with the Asset (Existing Site) focal person in the implementation of the Asset Management System (AMS) components of Train 7 project scope using the existing platform.
