    Commercial Operations Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of the company, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Provide content and analysis to support strategy development,
    • Negotiations.
    • Contribute to the development of commercial processes.
    • Support implementation (sales & operational planning, tender management, pricing, etc.)
    • Maintain critical networks and databases.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Business Management or relevant field

    Driver

    Responsibilities
    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Operate vehicles as assigned by supervisor;
    • Provide safe transportation of personnel
    • Provide safe transportation of materials
    • Maintain vehicle log-sheets in accordance with laid down policies/regulations;
    • Check the vehicle conditions after each trip/routinely – report needs and problems to transport management;
    • Adhere to all safety and communication protocols as advised;
    • Responsible for the safekeeping of all vehicle equipment, tools, first aid kits, spares etc.;
    • Keep the vehicle ready, clean and on standby – ready for use at all times;
    • Assist, as required, with logistics in the office and guest house daily workloads;
    • Cooperate and be of assistance to staff and visitors – assist in troubleshooting potential problems during daily business;
    • Report all maintenance needs of the vehicle to transport management on a regular basis.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Level Secondary education.
    • Valid driving license.
    • Good spoken English.

    Executive Driver

    Core Duties

    • Transport Executives to and from destinations
    • Arrive at destinations on schedule
    • Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
    • Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
    • Use navigation applications to determine the best route
    • Interact with Executives professionally at all times
    • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
    • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed

    Required Skills:

    • A valid driver’s license and at least three years of driving experience to perform the job safely

    Legal Executive

    Job Description
    Compliance:

    • Prepare a legal and regulatory compliance checklist and check for 100% compliance;
    • Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action;
    • Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;
    • Ensure that none of the policies and procedures of the Company and its related activities is illegal, unethical, or improper;
    • Respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies and procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures;
    • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability develop/implement corrective action plan for resolution of problematic issues, and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
    • Manage interactions/ correspondence with regulators and relevant legal agent.

    Litigation:

    • Offer dispute resolution advice including matters of recovery claims and actions;
    • Liaising with external Lawyer representing the Company in any form of dispute;
    • Handle all default related litigation.

    Contracts:

    • Drafting and review of contracts, including but not limited to contracts for provision of goods and services; acquisition of goods and services, partnership contracts, etc;
    • Ensure legal documentation of transaction executed by the company;
    • Ensure appropriate execution and monitor implementation.

    Legal Advice:

    • Provide Legal advice on the relevant laws and regulations as it concerns the business of the Company;
    • Draft Legal Opinions when requested.

    Custodianship:

    • Ensure effective and efficient filing system
    • Ensure proper custody of sensitive documents
    • Ensure proper titles and ownership of Group’s assets.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree
    • 2-3 years post-bar experience in Corporate, litigation, SEC and commercial legal practice.
    • Must have a working knowledge of investor relations function.
    • Must have experience in preparing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
    • Must be able to interpret financial statements and understand the financial instruments
    • Must have knowledge of legal and statutory filing and reporting requirements.

    Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

    • Ability to ensure that the highest standards of quality and customer care are achieved;
    • Verbal and written communication skill
    • Integrity, transparency and honesty, and must be able to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to flexibly change deadlines and work priorities
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP (enterprise resource planning) etc.
    • Vast legal knowledge (corporate and litigation) - local and international
    • Legal document drafting - e.g. contracts, agreements, NDA etc.
    • Managerial skills
    • Knowledge of statutory requirements for business processes relating to the company services.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
