    Commercial Analyst

    Job Summary

    The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for managing and coordinating high-level projects, providing strategic advice, and ensuring efficient operations throughout the organization.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Support:

    • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including market expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
    • Conduct research, data analysis, and market intelligence to inform decision-making processes.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support the GM in key meetings and presentations

    Project Management:

    • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

    Operations Management:

    • Streamline and improve operational processes across departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation to drive profitability.
    • Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on operational effectiveness.

    Communication and Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, representing the GM's interests and ensuring effective communication.
    • Prepare and coordinate executive-level communications, including emails, memos, and presentations.
    • Facilitate communication flow within the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and information sharing.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.
    • Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting professional growth and succession planning.
    • Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in recruitment processes and conducting interviews when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    • Proven experience (10 years) in a senior management, or strategic consulting role.
    • Strong understanding of the gas industry, commercialization processes, and market dynamics.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
    • Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

    Facility Supervisor

    Job Summary

    The Facility Supervisor keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel, equipment and assets including sub-contract vendors • Daily duties of a facility supervisor entail managing from a big-picture view, as well as dealing with details -- all of which affect maintenance of the physical premises and the security of people who do business there

    Responsibilities

    • Implement regular inspection in the facility to ensure activities are conducted safely and appropriately.
    • Execute open, close, and secure facilities and check for safety and maintenance concerns.
    • Educate and guide participants on proper use of facility
    • Ensure to enforce and comply with all established policies and procedures.
    • Ensure product safety during storage and material handling activities.
    • Maintain facility records to ensure compliance with company standards and all federal, state and local regulatory agencies
    • Supervises, plan and schedule the work of craft works/vendors the work of various craft workers, such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) repair workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters. 
    • Maintains records of materials used; orders and purchases new materials
    • Supervises emergency repair jobs; inspects field work performed; plans and estimates maintenance and repair work; maintains records of work order requests and completion
    • Preparing and administering the division budget; monitors budget accounts and expenditures.
    •  Administers security and janitorial contracts; reviews work of contractors to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the timeliness and standards of quality set forth in the contract
    •  Analyzes and investigates maintenance and personnel problems or issues, and prepares and compiles written reports to the Facilities Manager with solutions and/or recommendations
    • Any other work as assigned 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree/OND/HND in mechanical or civil engineering or management
    • 2- 5 years’ experience in facility supervisor position or in building construction, maintenance, or repair work
    • Ability to communicate at all levels
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Organizational and planning skills
    • Knowledge of: the operations, services, and activities of a facilities maintenance program 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package including Outlook
    • Proven facilities management experience
