Job Responsibilities

• Install, commission and troubleshoot cold room equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels,etc to ensure the smooth operation of cold room systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and refrigeration issues in cold rooms
• Conduct routine inspections of cold room facilities to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
• Proven experience as a cold room technician with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Hands-on experience with HVACR tools and diagnostic equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity to work

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of pharmaceutical samples using advanced analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and titrations.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing to assess the quality attributes of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards throughout testing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and data analysis in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues, perform routine maintenance, and participate in equipment calibration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, process improvements, and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in method validation, method transfer, and stability studies as required.
• Investigate and resolve deviations, out-of-specification results, and quality-related issues through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory updates relevant to pharmaceutical quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation commonly used in pharmaceutical analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
