    Clubhouse Manager

    • Responsible for all activities taking place in the Clubhouse.
    • Develop and maintains an operating budget including payroll, inventory, utilities, and all other expenses required to operate the facility,
    • Oversee the management and maintenance of club premises and facilities
    • Work closely with, advise, and coordinate with the Committee on issues related to the Clubhouse.
    • Works closely with the facility manager on accounting, financial and banking issues.
    • Manage office operations and supervise assigned personnel
    • Maintain yearly calendar and monthly schedules for all clubhouse events
    • Directs, manages, and trains clubhouse staff.
    • Administers and enforces all Club rules, regulations and policies for staff.
    • Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of clubhouse.
    • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
    • Responsible for implementing and identifying safety procedures for members, guests and associates when on premises or participating in activities
    • Manage Clubhouse and pool security
    • Maintain database of security logs for front gates

    Requirement

    • Minimum of National Diploma in Hospitality or any related field
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a clubhouse manager

    Registered Nurse

    Job Description

    • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
    • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
    • Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
    • Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
    • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
    • Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
    • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
    • Provide instant medical care in emergencies
    • Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
    • Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. in Nursing 
    • Minimum of 4 - 5 cognate years of experience as a Registered Nurse
    • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
    • Excellent knowledge of emergency care
    • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) 
    • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Horticulturist

    • Oversee maintenance of the demonstration garden and other public areas to ensure that plantings are healthy, free of weeds, and the site is attractive to visitors
    • Grows potted plants and nursery stock and maintains records on the growing operation.
    • Trains and supervises subordinate personnel in greenhouse operations and in the proper methods and techniques of planting ornamental plants.
    • Trains ground personnel in the techniques of pruning, wound dressing, cavity repair, and the cabling and bracing of trees and shrubs.
    • Prepares orders for various types of plants and seeds.
    • Supervise the work of assigned personnel to assure acre and safe condition of grounds and landscaped areas
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise gardening activities as required
    • Coordinate and perform landscape design activities and the determination of appropriate shrubs, trees, and various plants, direct watering of plants, fertilization, and pruning of grounds and landscaped areas.
    • Ensure that nursery area is well maintained and stocked and that plants are watered, weed free and attractive.
    • Ensure that plants are priced and labelled correctly and that signage is clearly displayed
    • Ensure that all equipment are well maintained; ensure necessary tools and supplies are available when needed and are replaced after use

    Qualifications

    • Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Horticulture or any related field
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a landscape coordinator
    • Trade Test 1,11 and 111 is a must have
    • Familiarity with maintenance requirements of garden and landscape equipment
    • Sound communication skills
    • Good knowledge of HSE principles

    Customer Support Officer

    Job Description

    • Conduct periodic unannounced requests from customers
    • Involvement and input required with the Portfolio Manager for the selection of service providers.
    • Assure full compliance of all service providers with registration criteria and standards.
    • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
    • Analyze and report product malfunctions 
    • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
    • Manage Customers to identify, monitor, address, and eliminate all issues around customer quotation for any requests while ensuring the environmental, health and safety issues relating to same.
    • Maintain liaison relationship with Customers/ Service Providers.
    • Conduct periodic monitoring of the activities flowing through the Call2Fix platform.
    • Monitor customer complaints on the Call2Fix platform and reach out to provide assistance
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
    • Gather customer feedback and share with our Sales and Marketing team
    • Provide Project Management services for small projects as directed by the management.
    • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
    • Provide help to stakeholders as necessary and coordinate activities (daily, monthly, quarterly and annual FM reports)

    Qualifications

    • First degree in Information Technology or any related field
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role
    • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
    • Understanding of how CRM systems work
    • Patience when handling tough cases
