    Cloud & AI Solution Engineer – Azure Platform

    Responsibilities

    • Drive technical sales by using technical demos, proofs of concept, and technical architecture accelerators to influence solution design and enable deployments.
    • Lead architecture sessions and technical workshops to accelerate Azure adoption.
    • Build trusted relationships with platforms leads to co-design secure, scalable solutions.
    • Resolve technical blockers by collaborating with engineering and sharing customer insights.
    • Maintain expertise in cloud migration (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL, app workloads), resiliency, security, and compliance.
    • Deepen knowledge of enterprise apps (SAP, Oracle) and Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
    • Represent Microsoft in customer forums and technical communities through thought leadership.

    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
      • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
      • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
      • OR equivalent experience
    • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, including migration of workloads such as Windows, SQL, Linux, and PostgreSQL.
    • Experience designing or selling solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network performance optimization in enterprise environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Platform, and containerization strategies.
    • Strong understanding of Azure services, including security, compliance, and hybrid cloud scenarios.
    • Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions.

    Additional Or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

    • 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience
      • o OR equivalent experience
    • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management
    • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and ISVs like NetApp, VMware, and RedHat.

    • The Commercial Sales Enterprise Account Team focusses on empowering customers on their digital journey. We are responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft. The Commercial Sales Global Team is customer-facing team and provides strategic and technical deal-based engagement to drive New Commerce Azure Consumption Revenue (ACR) and reduce time to consume and deliver a seamless transition to new commerce platform.
    • The Commercial Executive is a trusted advisor who leads the design and execution of the customer’s commercial strategy and negotiation, selling the right commercial solution at the right time and ensuring every deal is compliant and profitable for Microsoft. You will be responsible for revenue generation and growth, deal making and as the lead negotiator, for the negotiation strategy as you develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and peers. As a Seasoned sales and negotiation professional, you are unafraid of conflict.     Solution Area Specialist

    Job Summary

    • As an AI Business Solutions Specialist, you will lead strategic sales engagements that empower customers to digitally transform their operations using Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
    • This includes CRM Sales & Service, Core ERP (Finance & Operations), Power Apps for Low Code/No Code development, and Co-pilot Studio for building and enabling AI agentic scenarios.
    • You will drive business planning, lead Rhythm of Business (ROB) reviews, and collaborate across internal teams and partner ecosystems to unlock innovation and deliver business value.

    Responsibilities
    Customer Engagement & Strategic Planning:

    • Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
    • Identify whitespace opportunities and industry trends to develop and execute territory plans.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value of CRM, ERP, and AI-powered solutions.

    Solution Leadership & Technical Expertise:

    • Collaborate with ISVs and SIs to scale offerings and accelerate time-to-value.

    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications:
