At Solardero Foundation, we believe education should be engaging, inspiring, and accessible to every child.
We are seeking a talented Children’s Book Illustrator & Activity Book Designer to support the development of educational resources for children.
The successful candidate will help bring our stories and learning materials to life through compelling illustrations, character designs, and engaging activity book layouts.
The content and initial concepts have already been developed. We are looking for someone who can transform these ideas into professional, child-friendly visual materials that educate and inspire.
Responsibilities
Create original illustrations for children’s educational books.
Design memorable and engaging child-friendly characters.
Develop visual assets that align with existing storylines and educational content.
Design activity book pages, including puzzles, games, coloring pages, matching activities, word searches, and other interactive learning exercises.
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork.
Collaborate with the Solardero Foundation team to refine concepts and visual direction.
Revise illustrations and designs based on feedback.
Requirements
Education: HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in illustration, children’s publishing, educational content design, or related creative fields.
