Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage all security operations at our Zeta site in Ondo.
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both military service and industrial security management, with proven leadership in safeguarding people, assets, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all site security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train the security team to maintain high standards of discipline and vigilance.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend proactive measures to mitigate threats.
• Liaise with local authorities and relevant agencies on security matters.
• Provide regular reports on security performance and incident management.

Requirements

• Prior service in the Army, with a rank of Sergeant or above.
• Solid experience in industrial security management.
