Job Description

• Purpose of Job - To safeguard “The Drinks Group” operations, reputation, assets and lives of stakeholders in pursuit of “Drinks Group” business, against all forms of security risks.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To develop “Drinks Group” security policies and strategies that prioritizes security breach deterrence, incidents, prevention and mitigation and punitive response to security incidents.
• Implement “Drinks Group’ security strategies and deploy framework for security breach deterrence, preventive response and protection.
• Build “Drinks Group” infrastructure and processes for security risk mitigation, evaluation and reports, covering internal and external environment, for management decision and action.
• Establish “Drinks Group”s capacity for security threats identification, deterrence, mitigation and counter action.
• Operate and maintain sufficient security infrastructure to assure confidence and eliminate security threats for the smooth operation of “Drinks Group” businesses, without disruption or security incidents.
• Assess security people and assets requirements for every business area and ensure they are adequately provided, operated and maintained.
• Gather security intelligence and periodically evaluate the risks that “Drinks Group” operations, assets and people are exposed to and proactively mitigate such risks to ensure they do not crystalize into incidents.
• Develop “Drinks Group” people’s security awareness, understanding of security risks and preparedness to appropriately respond to unintended security incidents in ways that minimizes the negative impacts.
• Keep management abreast of all emerging security threats within and outside of “Drinks Group” that have implication for “Drinks Group”s businesses.
• Build a best-in-class security team with proficiencies that cover the needs of “Drinks Group” businesses.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 8 - 12 years experience.

Job Description

• Delegate and supervise the production processes and performance for smooth and efficient operations to meet daily production targets and minimize downtime.
• Manage daily plan of SKU allocated and utilize human resources, material, and equipment to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations and timely delivery of products.
• Oversee the implementation of GHK and GMP to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and motivate machine engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and high performance.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as output, quality, and efficiency, to provide data-driven insight for informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and strategic planning for senior management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum requirement: Minimum B.Sc./ HND in Engineering or science-related field
• Minimum requirement: Minimum of 2 years cognate experience

Purpose of Job

• The purpose of the job for Quality Line Inspectors is to conduct technical inspections on production lines and products manufactured ensuring adherence to quality standards, agreed specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the production processes.

Principal Accountabilties

• Perform pre-line analysis before production begins to verify equipment readiness and ensure operational conditions meet standards, so as to address potential disruptions and maintain efficiency.
• Carryout detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications to ensure early detection and prevention of quality issues.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols and regulatory requirements during inspections to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor the dispensing of recipes for blending to ensure accuracy and consistency in production processes, thereby maintaining product integrity, meeting quality standards, and ensuring uniformity in the final product.
• Implement Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles to systematically identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards throughout the production process, ensuring the production of safe and high-quality products.
• Record and report inspection findings accurately and promptly, documenting any deviations or non-conformities to ensure transparent communication across the quality assurance chain, facilitate timely corrective actions, and uphold regulatory compliance and product integrity standards.

Job Description

• To carry out maintenance routine checks, supervision, and monitoring of the production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation and ensure uninterrupted factory production

Responsibilities

• Operate the production machinery according to standard operating procedure, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
• Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule to ensure machinery operates optimally and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues on the equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections to ensure accurate machine performance tracking, facilitate troubleshooting, and support informed decision-making for maintenance planning and operational efficiency.
• Document and maintain accurate records of production activities (material consumption and wastage), machine performance, and issues encountered during operations to report these to the supervisors.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND in Engineering with 1-3 years experience.
