    Chief Operations Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
    • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth such as implementation of organizations goals, performance management, and annual operations plans.
    • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, build a high inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive.
    • Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary.
    • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
    • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.
    • Oversee operations, accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management to ensure sufficient investment capital is budgeted for near-term growth targets.
    • Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability.
    • Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. in Business Administration or a similar field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in executive leadership roles
    • Skilled in advanced business planning and regulatory issues
    • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
    • Experienced in leading expansion activities
    • Ability to maintain relationships with partners and vendors

    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • Design frameworks for new products and customer development.
    • Engage in new customer development and new product development.
    • Visit all manufacturing units, responsible for sales and collectibles.
    • Identify market trends and potential opportunities.
    • Promote commercial or industrial products.
    • Improve products.
    • Identifying methods to increase productivity and company operations
    • Communicating potential changes with shareholders and other business leaders
    • Preparing marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements to promote products.
    • Coordinating events with other departments within the organization, to help generate interest in the company’s products.
    • Analyze data to determine potential clients’ needs and interests, which may involve conducting market research or contacting clients directly.
    • Ensure that the company can achieve revenue targets.

    Job Requirements

    • B.sc in Business Administration or related fields
    • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience in sales of polymers and chemicals in the Eastern Nigeria Region.
    • Proximity to Onitsha.
