    Chief Operations Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Co-develop the bank's three-to-five year strategic plan with the MD/CEO and present operational strategy to the Board of Directors.
    • Translate approved strategic objectives into annual operational plans with measurable KPIs across all departments.
    • Drive the execution of new product launches, market expansion initiatives, and digital transformation programmes.
    • Lead quarterly business performance reviews, identifying underperforming areas and orchestrating corrective actions.
    • Maintain executive oversight of all end-to-end operational processes: account management, loan disbursement, payments, cash management, and customer service.
    • Approve and periodically review the bank's Operations Policy Manual, SOP Framework, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Ensure operational controls are embedded at every transaction touchpoint to prevent fraud, error, and operational loss.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Second Class Upper or equivalent) in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
    • A postgraduate qualification (MBA or MSc) in Finance, Management, or a related field is required.
    • Professional certification: CIBN (Chartered Banker), ICAN (ACA/FCA), or equivalent is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 12–15 years' progressive experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5years at senior/executive management level.
    • Strong working knowledge of CBN MFB regulatory framework, NDIC deposit insurance requirements, and NFIU AML/CFT guidelines.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the bank's financial strategy, including capital planning, funding strategy, and profitability targets.
    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments.
    • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
    • Monitor performance against budget monthly and present variance analysis to the MD and Board.
    • Advise on investment decisions, pricing of financial products, and cost optimisation opportunities.
    • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and CBN requirements.
    • Ensure timely submission of all CBN financial returns — monthly balance sheet, income statement, prudential returns.
    • Coordinate year-end audit processes with the CBN-approved external auditor.
    • Identify, assess, and manage financial risks including credit, market, interest rate, and operational risk.
    • Develop and monitor financial risk indicators and escalate emerging risks to the MD and Board.
    • Design and maintain a robust system of internal financial controls across all accounting and finance functions.
    • Ensure segregation of duties in financial transactions and approval processes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
    • Mandatory professional qualification: ACA (ICAN), ACCA, or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance/accounting, with at least 4 years in financial services.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, CBN prudential guidelines, FIRS tax regulations, and microfinance accounting.

    Personal Operations Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the CEO’s non-business/personal and family calendar
    • Manage the planning of high-profile personal meetings, events and gatherings ensuring a flawless experience for all attendees
    • Oversee all personal staff under the CEO’s employment (chef, housekeepers, laundry, drivers, security team) and liaise with the residential facility manager.
    • Maintain daily inventory status reports of household supplies, groceries, toiletries, and cleaning materials.
    • Car fleet management, Admin and finance tasks.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience having worked/working in some of the leading hotels in Nigeria, in mid to senior management/support levels. Humble, Hardworking, and very well-mannered characters are essential to this role.
    • The Role may once in a while require working on weekend or on public holidays for coordination of events.
