    Channel Marketing Manager

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The role is responsible for driving business performance in store and designing marketing strategies and activities that focus on optimizing sales and maximizing our brand's presence within the Fragmented Trade channel, leading to profitable growth.  The role designs and leads the Fragmented Trade Channel Marketing strategy, starting from identifying at home channels’ big bets to the moment when Channel strategy is cascaded to our Sales Teams and executed with excellence at the delight of our customers and by creating unique experiences for our shoppers in stores.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Co-creates the Long-Range Plan and annual BP from Channel perspective (in collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Channel Lead and Sales  Directors) and creates the Fragmented Trade vision based on relevant customer and shopper insights and local Fragmented Trade Channel understanding
    • Maintain an understanding of local, regional, and global activation best practices and lead the local agency teams in step-changing activation
    • Contribute to the identification of long-term market big bets and translate Marketing activity calendar into specific Channel activations and platforms with having a Fragmented Trade Channel activity calendar as an output
    • Partner with Brand Owners (Portfolio Integration Manager, TCCC/MEL, and Regional Marketing Managers) to connect our Portfolio strategy with Fragmented Trade channel plans and ensure adequate planning of Direct Marketing Expenses (DME) related to Fragmented Trade activities.
    • Fully own the disciplined execution and control of annual DME allocation
    • Tracks performance of Fragmented Trade Channel programs and proposes on-going corrective actions if needed
    • Partners with Sales teams to ensure Fragmented Trade Channel marketing strategy and plans are fully cascaded down to the sales frontline, customers, etc
    • (Co)-owns the design of the annual Fragmented Trade Picture of Success (must win SKUs approach, owns Zoning and respective activation tools like POP, equipment, etc., and partners with Customer Value growth manager for the design of customer dedicated approach, integrates Pricing and OBPPC approach together with RGM team. partners with Red and Commercial capability team for cascading down and guiding the execution of sales teams)
    • (Co) owns effective Fragmented Trade channel selling stories that are customer-centric and by ensuring win-win.

    Maintenance Specialist

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Responsible for the implementation and execution of planned and Scheduled Maintenance orders and ensures full usage of SAP PM. Ensure reliability and availability of plant assets through effective supervision of executed maintenance tasks.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate execution of planned and scheduled maintenance orders for all equipment at minimal cost.
    • Planning and monitoring of maintenance requirements and costing in relation to maintenance plan and budget.
    • With the MSE & MPs, organize and schedule annual overhaul of production lines and facilities.
    • Improve efficiencies of assets by increasing preventive maintenance minimizing breakdowns and reducing MTBF.
    • In conjunction with the MPs, prepare the annual plant maintenance budget ensuring sufficient funds to cover all routines and initiatives reflected in strategy and operational plans.
    • Follow up with the spare part storekeeper to ensure optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management without an outage.
    • Effectively apply business performance review (COBRA, EATB) management routines to continuously improve asset management.
    • Establish and maintain productive relationships with the team, peers, internal customers, institutions, and suppliers.
    • Build productive relationships with the employee/ union reps as well as with QA, production, and Logistics staffers.
    • Implement performance management systems with discipline to ensure that all team members deliver full performance.
    • Provide shop-floor technical leadership for preventive and corrective maintenance.
    • Demonstrate substantial technical know-how.
    • Effectively coach and upskill technicians/operators.

    ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

    • Excellent degree of computer literacy especially MS Excel and Ppt.
    • Good command of the English language- Spoken and written.
    • Good command of SAP EAM Software
    • Proven familiarity with budgeting procedures.
    • Significant experience with a measure of cost reduction initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
    • Good understanding and experience of current WC manufacturing methodologies.
    • Good understanding of plant HQSE modalities and codes.
    • Good oral communication, influencing, analytical, and relationship skills.
    • Understanding of business case/cost benefits analysis preparation and basic financial analysis tools.
    • Any WC certifications in maintenance, reliability, or project management

    EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE

    • Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent certificate (HND/B.Sc.)
    • Min. 5 years’ experience in technical positions in an FMCG
    • Experience in execution of maintenance task
    • Experience in practical project management
    • Experience in preventive and condition-based maintenance methodologies.

    Media Manager, Nigeria

    What you will Do:

    • Develop the social media plans and manage the real-time amplification of the OU (operating unit) portfolio (calendar, content and media) at a country-level.
    • Ensure that we have one presence, one voice and one calendar for our brands in all the various social media channels, that are connected to global strategies and guidelines as well as relevant to the Operating unit.
    • Be the main contact point for social media partners (FB, Twitter, Google..) at a country level.
    • Work in close collaboration with Platform Services to ensure the social media cycle (listen-speak-react-amplify) is being followed to enriched to deliver the right conversation at the right time to the right consumer/shopper.
    • Establish a routine with the crisis management team in order to solve potential issues in social media in a timely manner.
    • Lift and shift best practices from other OUs and global teams in how to establish an effective and efficient media social media plans. Implement a single way-of-approaching media and social within the Operating Unit.
    • The Real Time Amplification manager will carry out duties individually while interacting regularly with the global IMX team, key players in the Operating Unit Integrated Marketing team, Category Leaders, Creative Strategists and Brand Managers and the Franchise Marketing teams.
    • The scope of role will be one country or multi-country/regional with flexibility to increase or decrease markets.

    Role Requirement:

    • Bachelors degree
    • Media Planning Strategy, social media (including content) and Real Time Experience (8-10 years)
    • Experience working on agencies and technology vehicles is preferred
    • Preference for experience developing non-conventional communication plans, with heavy focus on digital marketing and story doing
