    CCTV Technician

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
    • Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
    • Support users of CCTV system by responding and resolving any issues on client’s device in real time.
    • Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to CCTV systems.
    • Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets.
    • Installation and maintenance of alarm system, access control, panic buttons.
    • Be familiar with network operating system
    • Provide recommendations about accessing security and support
    • Troubleshoot all technology issues
    • Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
    • Ensure installation of lock out programs
    • Perform other related duties as required during working hours.

    Qualifications & Skills Required

    • B.Sc., HND, OND, C&G, or Trade Test II & I in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering / Computer Science and ICT;
    • Demonstrable practical experience in electrical installation work, especially on CCTV and other security products like panic buttons and access control.

    Other requirements:

    • Good English speaking skills, verbal and written;
    • Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, High Energy Level;
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a technician role or electrical installation work;
    • Extrovert personality;
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines;
    • Self-motivated and accustomed to working with minimum supervision;
    • Ability to operate in challenging and remote work locations;
    • Ability to cope with pressure.

    Sales Executive Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performing market research and Identifying potential customers.
    • Ability to approach potential customers, through cold calling, arrange meetings with the objective to present the company and its services.
    • Working with the company sales policy to achieve sales targets.
    • Developing and performing effective and professional presentation and sales of the company security products to targeted potential customers
    • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to increase both the company and its product’s awareness.
    • Negotiating price, costs and necessary specification with clients and colleagues.
    • Record keeping of sales progress and information.
    • record sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
    • Key Account Management- ensuring timely renewals and excellent relationship management

    • Giving future (anticipated) buying trends back to the managers.

    Qualifications & Skills Required

    • B.A. / B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences and other related discipline.
    • Proven, verifiable sales track record in security background and FMCG background.
    • Graduate in Marketing, Social Sciences other related discipline.
    • Professional qualification will be an advantage
    • Proven sales experience preferably in the sales of Security guards services.
    • Track record of over-achieving quota and B2B/outside sales experience.
    • Strong communication, good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and product management.
    • Self-motivation and personal drive.

    Other requirements:

    Technical Site Manager

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • The Project Manager will manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge, if necessary, all project related staff. Effectively manage all human resource issues (and escalate as needed) per Company policies and procedures.
    • Complete recommendations for project related employee’s performance ratings, promotions and pay changes.
    • Provide guidance and mentoring to meet all customer and Company goals and objectives.
    • The Project Manager will manage the workload distribution, monitor the customer delivery, and job installation progress.
    • The Project Manager will plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve Company goals.
    • The Project Manager will manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work.
    • The Project Manager will participate in the bid process.
    • The Project Manager acts as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
    • The Project Manager responds to phone calls, emails within the same day, and dictates internal/external responses thru the project coordination staff.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    Education, Certification and Skill Requirements

    • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Project Management certification.
    • Working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, Networking Installation.
    • Experience in a similar role preferred.
    • Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
    • Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
    • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
    • Must have demonstrated verifiable ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed associated tasks, and manage these to final completion and customer turnover.

    Requirements:

    • The Project Manager must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
    • Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
    • Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
    • Must have proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
