Job Description

• Monitoring: Continuously monitoring CCTV footage to ensure safety and security.
• Incident Response: Responding promptly to incidents, such as theft or violence, and alerting management and authorities.
• Surveillance: Keeping watch on high-risk areas, like entrances, exits, and cash handling areas.
• Crime prevention: Deterrent effect, discouraging potential criminals from committing crimes.
• Investigation Assistance: Aiding investigators by providing footage and information related to incidents.
• Maintenance: Regularly checking and maintaining CCTV equipment to ensure optimal function.
• Quality Control: Ensuring footage quality and resolving technical issues.
• Training: Educating staff on CCTV usage and security protocols.
• Compliance: Ensuring CCTV usage complies with privacy laws and regulations.
• Incident Reporting: Documenting and reporting incidents to management and authorities. It's a 24 hours restaurant that runs morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND with 0 - 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash register
• Punch goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the restaurant
• Maintain, clean and tidy check out areas.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND with 0 - 5 years of work experience. 
• Proximity to RingRoad/Challenge is preferred.
