    Cashier

    Description

    • Cashier, is responsible for processing cash, debit, credit and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system in a retail Business. Duties include interacting with customers, balancing the cash register, determining change, recording purchases, processing returns and scanning items for sale.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
    • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
    • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
    • Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
    • Resolve customer complaints.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / OND / NCE in relevant and related field
    • Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
    • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
    • Good math skills
    • Strong communication and time management skills.

    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Product knowledge: Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics and Mobile Phones)
    • Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
    • Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of your Branch
    • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
    • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
    • Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Regularly reach out to potential customers.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc / OND / NCE in a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/Warehouse experience.
    • Experience with mobile phones and electronics technology.
    • Excellent interpersonal communications skills
    • Products knowledge.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
