Job Description

• Manage transactions with customers using cash register
• Punch goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the restaurant
• Maintain, clean and tidy check out areas.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining system, including hardware issues.
• Fixing kitchen amd restaurant display systems, including monitors, printer and other hardware.
• Troubleshooting software issues, including configuration, updates and integrations.
• Providing technical support to restaurant staff, and resolving software related issues.
• Conducting Routine maintenance including cleaning and inspecting equipment.
• Staying up-to-date with new technologies including menu boards, and online ordering platforms.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a minimum of OND / NCE in Computer Engineering with 3- 8 years of experience.
