REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real Estate firm.
• Basic knowledge of Sales cycle, identify opportunities, engage prospect and close deal to contribute to the company’s growth.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 2 is compulsory.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions base on clients needs
• Achieve sales target and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end sales process

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s degree/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
• Excellent written Communication and verbal Skill .
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.).
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Proximity to Lekki phase 2 is compulsory.

• Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the company\'s overall marketing strategy.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media for potential crises and respond quickly and effectively.
• Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.  
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media
