    General Manager

    Salary Budget: 350,000 Naira Net Monthly

    Other Benefits: Very Competitive  

    Note: Selected candidates must be ready to attend physical Interviews at the company office in Delta State; hence, we prefer candidates within close proximity.

    Role Overview: 

    We are looking for a results-driven General Manager with strong industrial experience to oversee operations, drive efficiency, and provide leadership across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily plant / operational activities
    • Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost control
    • Coordinate across production, quality, logistics, and sales
    • Implement operational strategies and policies
    • Supervise and lead departmental managers
    • Report performance metrics to executive leadership

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a senior industrial management role
    • Proven background in an industrial/processing company
    • Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in an Agrifood production company is desirable
    • Relevant training and professional certifications are required
    • Strong operational and leadership capabilities
    • Experience managing teams and plant operations
    • Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability

    Human Resources Officer

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage core HR functions in the company; ensure compliance, and support workforce development within an industrial processing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
    • Manage employee relations and workplace policies
    • Handle payroll coordination and staff records
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
    • Support performance management and training initiatives
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in HR matters

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3-4 years HR experience
    • Experience must be from a verifiable / reputable organization
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and labour regulations
    • Previous experience as HR in FMCG industry is desirable
    • Experience in the usage of relevant HR tools and other work tools.
    • Professional HR trainings and certifications are desirable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High level of integrity and discretion
